IEEE Globecom 2021 Workshop on:

Experimental Wireless Platforms and Testbeds for Computing, Communication and Networking Research (Testbeds4Wireless)

7-11 December 2021, Madrid, Spain

===================================================

Computer simulation has always been an important technique for evaluating newly developed concepts in computing, communication, and networking, mainly due to its flexibility and re-programmability features, which allow great deal of tunability of system and protocol design parameters. Experimental evaluation using testbeds, system prototyping and software platforms, on the other hand, also brings its unique merit and is indispensable for validating and providing proof-of-concept of newly developed architectures, techniques, algorithms, and protocols for next-generation computing, communication, and networking systems.

The goal of this workshop is to enable the sharing of wireless testbed building experiences, innovation, and challenges among researchers and technical experts from all research communities, including academia, industry, and government labs. Specifically, the workshop will be a means for researchers to report their recent experimental research findings, lessons and experiences learned from building testbeds and validating their proposed techniques on these testbeds, challenges and limitations faced during the development and deployment of such wireless testbeds, and/or testbed management and control issues especially for large-scale platforms. We are interested in public platforms and testbeds as well as private ones developed by research labs in academic and industry.

We seek original, previously unpublished papers and demos that address the following:
