Scheduled on the first night of GLOBECOM, this 2 to 3-hours high visibility event is attended by conference attendees AND their guests! As the exclusive sponsor of this event, your company’s logo will be included on all printed signage and materials promoting this event. You will also have the opportunity to give a 2-minute welcoming remark to the audience.
Awards Luncheon - 10,000€
Scheduled on the second day of GLOBECOM, the awards luncheon will take place in Pavilion 10 of IFEMA. The decoration of the place can include your company dissemination material, and your company name will be announced during the awards ceremony in front of 600 attendees.
Conference Breaks - 7,500€
Give conference attendees something more to talk about when you sponsor a conference break! Scheduled for 20–30 minutes, the conference breaks are well-attended by attendees who want to network, recharge with a cup of coffee and a cookie, or just take a break. As the exclusive sponsor for each break, your company’s logo will be featured prominently on all signage promoting the break.
Lanyards - 5,000€
This sponsorship opportunity offers the highest impact and visibility to the company who wants to be known AND seen! As the exclusive lanyard sponsor, your company’s name and/or logo will be printed on the lanyard which is provided to all GLOBECOM attendees.
Delegate Bags - 5,000€
More than 1.500 delegates will receive the conference bag that will be printed with your company name and logo, receiving recognition even after the conference end.
Conference Banquet - 15,000€
Scheduled on the third night of GLOBECOM, the banquet will take place in the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in front of 700 attendees. Your company logo will be projected during the whole banquet in the screens and your company will be announced during the dinner.
Conference WiFi - 7,500€
As the exclusive sponsor, your company will help attendees stay connected during the conference! Your company’s name can be used as the network ID and as each attendee is connected to the conference WiFi, the attendee will see a splash page recognizing your company.
Conference App - 5,000€
As a primary source of information about GLOBECOM, the conference app is used by all attendees to search for sessions and authors, build schedules, peruse the Conference Proceedings, rate sessions and speakers, and most importantly, receive updates and announcements. As the exclusive sponsor, your company’s logo will be featured prominently within the app. Additionally, the first time a user opens the app, a splash page recognizing your company’s sponsorship will appear.
Conference Pens and Notepads - 5,000€
As the exclusive sponsor of this low cost, but high visibility opportunity, your company’s logo will be printed on the pens and notepads distributed to all conference attendees.
Power Tower (Charging Stations) - 5,000€
